@conservationhalton will be paving the road and parking lot at Mount Nemo, which means that it'll be closed for a few weeks... But then we'll have a shiny, pothole-free parking lot!! 🎉

** UPDATE ** Both the upper lot (which is being replaced) and the lower lot (by Turtle Crag) will be closed for the duration of this. Unfortunately with the upper lot being closed, EMS access would be severely impacted should anyone in the park require assistance.

Details about this and other Conservation Halton service disruptions can be found at the link in our bio 🔗

@climbonsquamish makes supporting climbing access easy! Whenever you buy their house chalk, you can choose which Canadian climbing access organization to support! (Psssst we're an obvious choice 😉). Sales are reachable through their website! Thanks Climb On 🙏

It's March, and rope season is getting an early start for the most eager climbers.

Turtle Crag registration is now available through the link in our bio 🔗

We've made a small change to reservation release times in order to increase fairness for everyone and to prevent timeslots being booked up weeks in advance -- ALL bookings will now open two days in advance, for both weekends and weekdays.

Remember that Turtle Crag is on private property, and there is a strict limit of 12 climbers permitted per day. All climbers must have a reserved permit. If there are no more permits available for the day, Mount Nemo offers a larger variety of climbs of all difficulties, and is just around the corner!

Stay safe out there!
